(c) Photo by D.G.A cop on the horse in Bristol city centre. Is there a purpose to it? If someone does commit a crime, what are they going to do? A horse chase in middle of busy traffic? I see hollywood cameras rolling! Still, adds a bit of character I suppose to the city look.

ReplyDeleteFor a minute there I thought this was somewhere in the States - say New York - never even saw a horse cop on the streets of Houston when we lived there - what is this country coming to! I'm surprised Health and Safety would allow him to ride a horse along the pavement!
ReplyDeletePerhaps his other form of transport was unavailable. It is a breath of fresh air to see the old kind of transport on the streets. :)
